Deer Lodge Vacation Packages

Our room was not the best as our room window opened up into the pool area and it was very noisy. We were also given a room next to a family with children who were noisy until 11:30 pm. Not the most restful stay but the beds were comfortable and the cost reasonable. The front desk person was not very attentive. He was on his cell phone when I checked in speaking in a different language and never got off the phone or quit talking to whoever it was. His interaction with me was mostly non-verbal. Not the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at. We own a hotel in Canada and our customer service is something we pride ourselves on.

Staff was awesome, pretty sure the bed was a full not a queen. Breakfast was good and the gentleman working the place was friendly and helpful.

We liked the proximity to the highway. The room (king bed) was a nice size. The bathroom was clean and maintained. The breakfast was quite good. Nice variety.

Yes the property was Secure. I found the heating air conditioning worked well but wanted to run continuously overnight even though I said it at Auto. The bed was comfortable too

was clean ,the person at the desk when we check in was not friendly at all the person the next morning was real nice .we didn't use the laundry service and the parking was fine
